The neighborhoods of Chelsea and Clinton (aka Hell's Kitchen) are two of the most vibrant areas of Manhattan. With the High Line Park—and its subsequent housing, office and retail development—transforming great swaths of the area, as well as the proposed West Side Railyards, it's only going to continue to grow and thrive.
